you wna slim your legs?
lean on a wall and go into a sitting position,
do this for 1.5 minutes for like 3-5 times a week, since ur a girl you dont have to workout everyday..
do this for 2 months and add in a few other workouts and your legs will be slimmer., i just wanted to start you off
but dont cheat ur self.
and dnt forget to increase the minute as time passes
