Aerogarden Gourmet
What do you do when your aerogarden roots are out of control?
I have grown about 5 different groups of aerogarden herbs. I absolutely love the invention. For some reason in this batch of gourmet herb kit the roots in a few of the pods are just so over grown crazy. I have never had a root being so grown that it actually seems to block water flow. What can i do to preserve the plant and keep it healty?
It's OK to prune a plants roots. No tougher on the plant than pinching a leaf for cooking. It will slow the plants growth but it sounds like it needs it. Root pruning is part of bonsai and to control some landscape plants. RScott
